Best wrestling school in the area. My son is in juitsu for a long time and struggling with takedowns so I found Rednose wrestling club and decided to give him some lessons and definitely seen improvement, the coaches there is awesome always making sure the kids having a good time learning. 🌟 👏

Coach Foca is a great mentor and teacher. People come from long distances to receive training. His school works with tikes or kids starting off as well. Our son has been coming for some time and we see the payoff in his discipline.

We’ve had such an incredible experience with Rednose Wrestling, and I can’t say enough great things about Coach Foca. He is truly a special coach who cares about the whole child, not just the wrestler. He takes the time to invest in each kid as a person, building their confidence, character, and work ethic both on and off the mat.
Coach Foca has the perfect balance of being tough and pushing the kids to be their best while also being kind, supportive, funny, and encouraging. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about every athlete he works with, and that kind of dedication is rare. Our son has grown so much -- not just in wrestling skills, but in resilience and self-belief --because of his guidance.

My son has been training at Rednose for almost 4 years. Mike and his team are not only an excellent coaches but all around good people. My son loves being apart of the Rednose family and continues to learn and improve.

RedNose is an amazing wrestling school! Coach Foca and his team do a fantastic job developing all ages and levels of wrestlers. The workouts are great at building endurance. Coach Foca’s technical expertise and ability create a healthy and team-minded environment. His approach keeps my son happily coming back! As a parent, I would highly recommend RedNose to anyone looking for a stellar coaching experience that will allow their children to develop into confident and technically savvy wrestlers (boys and girls alike). Most importantly, Coach Foca develops champions that are hungry and humble.

Red Nose is a staple in New Jersey wrestling. Coach Mike is simply a technician who checked my son on fundamentals and drilling. If you want to get better and get tough kids in the room get here. My son made major improvements in this room and every time we left I asked him what he learned and he had no problem explaining it, but more importantly executing it in matches. Thank you Red Nose thank you Coach Mike.
